I have always been inspired by HR lumanaries like Dave Ulrich, Josh Bersin,

Is driving Uber XL profitable?

The driver replied,
It was!!
Then everyone bought XL.
Now, It’s not unique anymore.
So it’s not that profitable.

Moral
Uniqueness keeps you ahead

He asked,
I approached two companies.
For the same skill set,
One offered X salary.
The other offered me 2X.
What is my real value?

She replied
It depends on
